Deep in my mind, where I’m the king.

Moments of imagination
Trace towards me, like cool breeze that
Touches my soul, through the lock’d-up
Doors of my heart, to rear anoth’r wing.

Moments of my liberation
I create, from the slav’ry that
They think so ‘noble’ a lockup,
Dear ones create for us to cling.

Moments of self-realization
I attain, with both my wings that
Take me to lands, that shape me up,
Delight’d so, once again I sing.
