Roads will soon, for sure, be busy again,
With long queues of school buses heading home.
Corridors will see the hustle and bustle again,
Of the buzzing bees, around their honeycomb.
Campus will turn to fruitful orchards again,
For our beautiful birds, singing to their Gnome.
Can the spring be this harsh ever again?
Can this virus, forever, lock us down at home?
Can this virus, forever, lock us down at home?
The locked gates will soon, for sure, open again,
Butterflies will start fluttering, with ‘no syndrome’.
Rainbows, in the school garden, will arise again.
Storms can’t blast our flower-buds, ‘staying home’.
We, the gardeners, will stay strong against the storm
For our buds, till they bloom, in school or at home.
